A constant thread: software delivery
I started in 1994 as a developer and consultant, before joining Borland France in 1999 as Technical Director — pre-sales, professional services, and key enterprise accounts.
In 2014, I joined Xebialabs — later rebranded as Digital.ai — a specialist in deployment orchestration and release automation. Over 11 years, I moved from expert consultant to EMEA Director of Professional Services. I led the services team across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, built service offerings, and worked hands-on with the full range of teams involved in software delivery: development, DevOps, platform engineering, release management, QA, and production.
A constant thread through those 30 years: how teams ship software faster, more reliably, at scale.
The shift
In 2024–2025, I observed a structural change. AI is no longer just assisting developers at the margins. Autonomous agents are beginning to take ownership of entire phases of the delivery lifecycle: code review, test generation, deployment orchestration, observability. This isn’t a promise — it’s already running in production for some teams.
I decided to focus entirely on this space. Not as an observer, but as a practitioner: building platforms, testing them, and helping teams adopt them.

Kodo Digital offers agentic AI consulting and training — express audits, project support, custom workshops — alongside the design and deployment of agent platforms.
The approach is technical and hands-on. I publish regular analyses, tool comparisons, and POC results — what I’ve built, what worked, what surprised me.
